Lawsuits All Around
Three justices on the Nevada Supreme Court may be suing columnist Vin Suprynowicz and the Las Vegas Review-Journal for defamation, says Rick Henderson's Deregulator blog, brought to my attention by Jonathan Garthwaite. They'd lose that suit, in my opinion. This is the court that just ordered a tax increase in Nevada, a decision that properly belongs to the state's legislature.
