Thanks to a single misplaced letter, the landmark tort reform legislation which has been making its way through the House and Senate has been redirected to the Food and Drug Administration...Don't get your hopes up -- tort reform is as stalled as ever, or nearly so. But this spoof is still good for a laugh.
