R.I.P., Dr. Constantine C. Menges
I just learned of the passing Sunday of Dr. Constantine C. Menges, one of the (largely) unsung heroes of our victory in the Cold War.It has been perhaps a decade since I last spoke with him, but he was an uncommonly nice man and a great American. We all should be grateful for what he accomplished in this life.
