Doesn't It Really Depend on Whether You are Buying or Selling?
If the price of gas goes down, the media treats it as a good thing.When the price of housing goes down, the media treats it as a bad thing.
But if a $3 gallon of gas is unaffordable, what is a $250,000 house?
