Mom & Pop Pay When Corporations Play Green
Senior Fellow Tom Borelli has had a new op-ed published in which he looks at the benefits "enjoyed" by major corporations after they join left-wing environmental coalitions.A hint: They end up being hurt by the very policies they help the lefties aadvocate.
In a sense, there's justice in that, but it is not at all fair to stockholders. It is even less fair to Mom & Pop customers, who pay the price for corporate folly in price increases. In one example Tom provides, projected price increases of 53 percent.
