Daschle: Federal Health Care Plan a No-Go for Now
Former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle's decision to give up for now on a federal public health care plan has to be a blow to the Administration and the left.Daschle, while retired from the Senate, remains an influential and respected voice in the Democratic party. This can't be happy news for the left.
