Charles Butler, a member of the Project 21 national advisory council, is a talk show host based in Chicago. Over the past five years, he has hosted programs on the Chicago radio stations WVON and WIND. Charles is also managing partner of Aricent LLC — a financial services provider. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
