Speakers Bureau: Gregory Parker

Gregory ParkerProject 21 member Gregory Parker is a former county commissioner for Comal County, Texas and a former candidate for the statewide office of commissioner for the Texas Railroad Commission (despite the name, the commission manages state rules pertaining to natural resources).

Commissioner Parker is a member of the International Association for Energy Economics, the United States Association for Energy Economics, the American Society for Public Administration, and the Texas Oil & Gas Association. He was an adjunct professor of government at Concordia University. He is also the author of the book Global Warming…Really? — a "book of the week" selection by the Conservative Monitor website.

Commissioner Parker holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Public Administration and is completing his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration.
